SECTION 24 – SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND RECURRING BILLING

Kojic Serum LLC offers subscription-based purchasing options that allow customers to receive automatic, recurring shipments of selected products on a schedule of their choosing (every 30, 60, or 90 days). By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Kojic Serum LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file at the selected billing interval, beginning at the time of your initial order and continuing on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You will be charged the applicable subscription price at the time each order processes. Prices are subject to change, it is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and accurate. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to retry the charge, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription at our discretion.

There are no free trials associated with our subscription program. Billing begins immediately upon enrollment. Subscriptions do not have a minimum commitment period and may be cancelled at any time. To cancel your subscription, you must contact us at info@kojicserum.com prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations requested after a billing date has processed will take effect on the following cycle — we are unable to issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been charged and fulfilled. All subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis and that it is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.
